APTI offers a unique curriculum and range of certificate programs and courses in ICT, Executive English and Management. In that context, APTI has entered into discussion with top universities and colleges in Afghanistan, including the Kabul University, the American University of Afghanistan (AUAF), the Kardan University and the Maywand University, to develop cross-creditation agreement and joint programs. APTI has also been in discussions with the Strayer University in the USA for offering online courses and programs as well as cross-creditation programs.

The discussions with the American University of Afghanistan has progressed significantly and an agreement is in sight for both APTI and AUAF to offer cross-creditation programs in IT, Executive English and Management offering courses at one-another's campus (using as satellite campuses); and jointly offering customized training programs to corporations and government departments.
